Please read these terms before purchasing. They explain the baseline agreement; your written scope confirms the exact deliverables for a specific order.
Who provides the service
Surfaceddd is operated by Alex Elantsev, who also uses the name Ocean. Alex is from Perth, Western Australia, and currently operates Surfaceddd from Thailand. You can contact Surfaceddd at support@surfaceddd.com before purchasing if you need additional supplier information for your records.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to this website and to AEO, GEO, SEO, website, monitoring, outreach and related services ordered from Surfaceddd. The package page, written proposal, invoice or other written scope supplied before payment forms part of the agreement. If those documents conflict with this page, the more specific written scope applies to that order.
Scope and changes
The deliverables, timing, access requirements and payment schedule for an engagement must be confirmed in writing. Work outside the confirmed scope requires separate agreement. Estimates and timelines can change if required information, access or feedback is delayed, or if a third-party platform changes.
Prices and payment
Website package prices are stated in US dollars unless a written quote says otherwise. Currency conversions shown on the website are estimates. The final amount, payment schedule and any approved third-party spend will be confirmed before work begins. Do not make a payment if the scope or cancellation terms for your order are unclear.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and the access reasonably needed to complete the agreed work.
- You must have the right to use any text, images, customer data or account access you provide.
- You remain responsible for claims about your business, professional licences, offers and regulated services.
- Customer outreach lists must be lawfully collected and used, with any required consent and opt-out process.
- You must not ask Surfaceddd to create fake reviews, hide genuine negative feedback or misrepresent endorsements.
No guaranteed search or review outcome
Surfaceddd provides agreed work and recommendations; it does not control Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, review platforms or other third parties. No search ranking, AI mention, citation, traffic level, lead volume, review count, review sentiment, publication or revenue outcome is guaranteed. Results can vary by query, location, account, model, index and platform update.
Reviews and outreach
Where review or outreach assistance is in scope, Surfaceddd may help request honest feedback from genuine customers. Surfaceddd does not promise a particular rating or that a platform will publish a review. The client and Surfaceddd must follow the applicable platform rules and marketing, privacy and communications laws.
Third-party platforms
Some work depends on services operated by third parties. Their availability, policies, moderation, indexing and account decisions are outside Surfaceddd's control. Surfaceddd will not knowingly claim an official partnership or special access that does not exist.
Cancellation and refunds
The Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. Project-specific terms supplied before payment may add detail, but they do not remove any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy and confidential information
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Each party should use the other party's non-public information only for the engagement and protect it with reasonable care, except where disclosure is required by law.
Changes and contact
Surfaceddd may update these website terms for future use. A change does not silently replace the confirmed terms of work already purchased. Questions or notices can be sent to support@surfaceddd.com.
