Refunds and cancellations.

Surfaceddd does not publish a universal refund window because packages include different amounts of custom work and may involve approved third-party costs. The cancellation terms, payment schedule and start point for your specific order should be confirmed in writing before payment. If they have not been confirmed, email support@surfaceddd.com before paying.

Send a cancellation request to support@surfaceddd.com as soon as possible. Include the name used for the order, the package or service, payment date and a short explanation. Surfaceddd will confirm receipt and the current stage of the work in writing.

Any refund is assessed against the written terms for your order, the work already completed, and any approved third-party costs that cannot be recovered. Surfaceddd will provide the decision and, where relevant, the calculation in writing. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Search visibility and review outcomes are not guaranteed. A platform failing to rank, cite, mention or publish something does not by itself mean the agreed service was not delivered. If you believe a stated deliverable is missing or materially defective, identify it in writing so Surfaceddd has a reasonable opportunity to review and correct the work.

The billing frequency, renewal date, cancellation cut-off and any prepaid period for a recurring service must be stated in the order confirmation. If your confirmation does not contain those details, contact support@surfaceddd.com before starting or renewing the service. Cancelling a recurring service does not automatically reverse work already completed or third-party costs already incurred.

Approved promo codes are applied to the relevant order as confirmed in writing. Website currency conversions are estimates; packages are priced in US dollars unless the written order says otherwise. Any refund calculation uses the amount Surfaceddd actually received, subject to applicable law and the confirmed order terms.
